Ignite Retreat Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your reservation is important to us as an Ignite Team.​ Please understand that when you cancel your reservation, it takes time to fill that reservation or may result in us not being able to fill it.

• A $100 non-refundable registration fee is included in your cost.
• Cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the Ignite Retreat will receive a full refund except for the $100 registration fee.
• Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the Ignite Retreat will not receive a refund.
• Refunds for emergency cancellations will be considered on an individual basis by the Ignite Team.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us. It is important that you reach out to us before attempting to fill your reserved space.
